Well, we’re about a month into the new year, and we thought we’d check in on the resolutions made at the end of 2011.  Whether it’s exercising more regularly, making time for more of the things you love to do or anything else – we hope you’re sticking with it.  And even if you veered off course this month, there’s still time to get back on track.  Every day offers a new opportunity!

While you are reading through our posts here, and on Facebook and Twitter, make sure that you are staying hydrated.  After all, even if your resolution for change isn’t related to increasing physical activity, we know that hydration is essential for good health.
