It’s time to change the clocks again! Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday at 2:00 am Eastern Time. Yes, we may lose an hour of sleep Saturday night, but we have much to gain: sunlight! Or at least what will seem like an extra hour of it in the evenings.
Even after a particularly mild winter, Daylight Saving Time marks a change in the season. The longer days undoubtedly make us feel more energized and more inclined to enjoy the great outdoors, be physically active or simply happier.
