Energy Drink Guidance
American Beverage Association member companies are responsible companies, some of which manufacture, produce and distribute mainstream energy drinks.
For several years, ABA has provided voluntary guidance on a number of issues relating to the energy drink category, focusing on voluntary quantitative caffeine labeling and voluntary advisory statements. These policies are now included in the ABA Guidance for the Responsible Labeling and Marketing of Energy Drinks, which can be found here.
