WASHINGTON, D.C.- The American Beverage Association has re-acquired the beverage tradeshow InterBev and is planning a vibrant new tradeshow this October in Las Vegas. Reservations are now being taken, and discounts are available for early registrants.
InterBev 2006 will be the premier venue for the industry to come together, collaborate on current issues and showcase its latest innovations.
“We are excited to produce an event that will showcase the exciting products of this innovative industry,” said Susan Neely, President and CEO of the American Beverage Association. “The tradeshow will have strong appeal for exhibitors and attendees. We look forward to providing the venue for stakeholders to meet, discuss timely issues and see the latest products and equipment that generate opportunities in today’s marketplace. InterBev 2006 will be the place to be for those associated with the dynamic beverage industry.”
Ralph Crowley, ABA Chairman of the Board, said: “It’s a solid decision by the Board to re-acquire the premier beverage tradeshow in the country. I hope that all beverage industry companies will take this opportunity to exhibit or attend InterBev this fall.”
InterBev 2006 will take place October 23-25 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. ABA members will receive a substantial discount on exhibit space, plus additional early bird savings if registered by Feb. 24.
ABA will hold its Annual Membership Meeting and State Association Conference in conjunction with InterBev 2006, as will other industry meetings. This will truly make the tradeshow a place where the industry’s leaders and innovators come together in one place with an eye toward the future.
ABA has contracted Convention Management Group (CMG), a successful tradeshow management group with 30 years of food and beverage tradeshow experience, to manage InterBev. For more information on InterBev 2006, contact Mike Muldoon, CMG, at 703-934-4700 or mmuldoon@cmgexpo.com.
ABA created and managed the InterBev tradeshow from 1920 to 1999, when it was sold to a tradeshow management firm. ABA re-acquired InterBev in December 2005.
