The welcome signs of spring already are beginning to beckon—pulling us out of our homes and back onto the bike paths and jogging trails.
Enough with the snowfall projections . . . we are starting to hear astute predictions about when the Cherry Blossoms will be at their peak here in the nation’s capital. Coming Sunday, across the country most of us will set our clocks back an hour for daylight savings time.
And as the temperatures warm, many of us will soon reunite with the great outdoors. That means it’s time to remember the importance of hydration-whether we’re trekking through state and national parks or competing in charity walks and runs.
