Wow –warmer weather really snuck up on us!
You might think that February is too early in the year to catch spring fever, but it happens to be 60 degrees here in the nation’s capitol today – and we are definitely ready to get outside and enjoy it!
Having this brush with warmer temperatures has us thinking about all of the great outdoor activities there are to keep us moving in the spring, summer and early fall months – for instance, jogging, biking, hiking and even swimming!
So, if you’re like us and are excited about the unseasonably warm weather, we hope you’ll get out and take advantage of it. After all, being physically active is an important part of maintaining a healthy weight, along with consuming a variety of foods and beverages in moderation.
